If you like chocolate and peanut butter this is your shake. I love this shake - in fact so far it is my favorite! It really tastes like a chocolate & peanut butter shake and there is no artificial sweetener or watered down taste. The shake comes out really smooth and tastes great. I only wish they sold it in its own box instead of only as part of the Chocolate Lovers variety pack.

Tips

For a thicker shake - Substitute 3-4 oz ice cubes for water and blend
For a really thick shake - Substitute 5-6 oz ice cubes for water and blend
For near-ice cream thickness - Substitute 7-8 oz ice cubes for water and blend well. The ice may need to be stirred 2 or 3 times and blended more than usual.

Recommended Use:

For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 15 oz of cold water or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. Use 2 to 4 servings daily.
