Background:
I've been overweight (alright obese) nearly all my adult life. 18 months ago I joined the gym and lost 20lbs in the first couple of months. Since then I have maintained my loss and improved my fitness. Now it's time to get on with losing more weight.
Goals:
My goal for this first challenge is to lose 28lbs. No particular fitness goals just to continue lifting more and improving on cardio.
