Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I started the program because I was tired of being unhealthy and overweight. I want to live a long and fruitful life so this program seemed to fit my needs.
Goals: 1. Goal weight: 190 pounds. 2. Work out six days a week. 3. Eat six healthy meals each day. 4. Lose 1-2 pounds a week.
