I have done this several times. But I don't think I was really ready for the change. I think I was hiding behind my weight. So this is my time....i hope!
Goals:
I want to be in better shape then I was when I started Law Enforcement. I want muscle defintion, great tone, sleek legs, and a healthy heart. I want to build my wind up.
I need to be a great role model for my babies. I want my husband to go speechless with pleasure when he looks at me!
