Background:
I first did a challenge back in 2006 after giving birth to my second. I've always been active, but thought that because I worked out, I could eat what I wanted. SUGAR ADDICT....especially cakes, pastries, bread, etc. Didn't know a thing about how important protein is, and eating frequent meals. By changing how and what I ate, I totally changed how my body felt!
I currently work out regularly (6xweek) with a good combination of cardio and weights.
However, I've had major difficulty sticking to what I know about eating well. The snacking in general, and when I'm stressed, is killing me. Feel like the food is controlling me, not the other way around. I'm having a lot of trouble sticking to my goals, and by knowing it's all "out in the open" here, it really helped to keep me on track last time.
I know I can do it, I've done it before, now it's time to stick to it!!

Goal - 122lbs by May 4th!!!
To lean out my legs, which have suffered the most from my poor eating habits. It seems ridiculous that I can have a six pack AND heavy jiggly thighs at the same time!!!
