Had a killer 90 minute class at Orange Theory this morning. Feeling leaner! This is about the point (5 weeks) where I start to notice the change. 2 other people have asked me if I'm losing weight. You are right- it definitely helps keep me motivated! I'm going to really push these next 4 weeks for some muscle gains. I need to lock down my eating big time. So tomorrow I will shop and get some meals prepped for the week. Today I'm going to wear a pair of shorts I haven't been able to button in a couple years happy Saturday.
